Mr. John Lemaire, Shelly LeJeune and other Charter Members, blind themselves, imagined a rehabilitation training center for the blind in Louisiana. The Affiliated Blind of Louisiana, Inc membership organization was founded in 1983. This membership organization through fund raisers, hard work, and prayer achieved their goal. They purchased the property that is today the ABL Training Center.
The ABL Training Center has become a state of the art facility instructing thousands of visually impaired, blind and Deaf-Blind individuals since their inception. Now, ABL is still growing strong, providing premiere programs and services.

Once your request is received, your form will be provided to you once the 1095C forms are generated but no later than 30 days from your request. Please note this form is generally not a requirement any longer when filing federal taxes. Please discuss with your tax professional if you have any questions.
